1 arm DB rows 50lb Dbs 5x10 each arm Dynamic Med Ball Chest Press 20lb Ball 5x5 Log Press 80k 5x5
Felt awesome today! Took 4 days off and it really paid off, I think I was over trained. 36 days til the Arnold!

1/25 Squat 75kx5 125kx5 175kx2 205kx1 227.5kx1@8.5 240kx1@9 250kx1@9 260kx0 (I am strong enough to make this lift but I just F ed it up! haha) Rev Band Squat with Blue 272.5kx1@10 (this felt like a truck!)
Then I did Crazy Russian slow squats with 365lbs 4x2 then 4x1 and this was the most painful and exhausting exercise I have ever done! Thanks Konstantin!
